Mobilisations
Gentle joint work that makes a difference.
Sports therapy mobilisations focus on improving joint movement and reducing stiffness through controlled, pain-free techniques. This is perfect if you feel restricted in certain areas, whether from posture, injury, or repetitive strain. By restoring natural movement patterns, mobilisations can help reduce discomfort and improve your overall function.
Medical Acupuncture / Dry Needling
Pinpoint treatment for pain relief and muscle reset.
Dry needling targets tight knots (trigger points) within muscles using fine, sterile needles. This helps reduce pain, improve blood flow, and restore function in overworked areas. It's commonly used for chronic pain, sports injuries, and postural tension. Many people notice a rapid improvement after just a few sessions.
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Massage (IASTM)
Tool-assisted care to ease pain and support recovery.
I use specifically designed tools to gently massage and scrape over your muscles, tendons, and connective tissue (like the IT band). This helps increase blood flow to the area, which can speed up healing and reduce stiffness. It can also help calm down sensitive spots by sending different signals to your nervous system i.e. it helps "turn down the volume" on pain so can move more comfortably.
